March is here, and with it comes a lot of big things to look forward to in the gaming world. Pokemon GO is no exception as it is bringing us some huge new events, rewards, and legendary Pokemon for us to get our hands on. Here's everything happening in Pokemon GO in March 2020.

Catch a Shadow Entei
The Team Rocket Special Research questline is called 'The Shadowy Threat Grows' and it's already is live if you've completed the most questline.
The questline culminates in a battle with Team Rocket leader Giovanni, and once you defeat him, you'll earn a chance to net yourself the legendary Pokemon Entei.
This questline is available until the end of the month.
Thundurus
Not to be confused with Tornadus. Thundurus will be making his debut Beginning at 9PM GMT, from the 2nd March, in five-star Raid Battles.
Team Rocket Event
A Team Rocket takeover event will kick off at 8AM on Friday the 6th March.
The event will take place for the whole weekend long.
Dark and Poison Pokemon will appear in the wild much more frequently, including the rare Absol. As well as a shot at catching a Shiny Skorupi during the event.
Team Rocket activity will... ahem, skyrocket on Saturday, the 7th March.
From 2-5 PM PokeStops will be taken over by Team Rocket Grunts at a higher rate. As well as a chance to bump into Team Rocket Leaders, who could have shiny Pokemon for you to take.
Raid Weekends For Legendary Pokemon
Each weekend in March, Niantic will bring a Legendary Pokemon back to five-star Raids for a limited time. These Pokemon will know exclusive attacks and also have the chance to be shiny Pokemon.
March 6-9: DarkraiMarch 13-16: Altered Forme GiratinaMarch 20-23: Cobalion (knows Sacred Sword)March 27-30: Lugia (knows Aeroblast)
Mysterious Weekend Event
March 20th-23rd, will be the mysterious weekend event.
During the weekend-long event, Normal, Fire, Water, Electric, and Ice-type Pokemon will appear in the wild more often than usual.
Additionally, you'll be able to find Nincada in the wild or hatch it from 5 km eggs, and there's a chance it'll be... you guessed it, Shiny.
Shelmet and Karrablast will also be hatching more frequently from 5 km eggs throughout the event, as well as Bug or Steel Pokemon making an appearance as Raid bosses.
You'll also earn twice the usual amount of Stardust for your catching and hatching efforts, and there will be a new Special Research story quest to go along with the weekend event.
We don't know much about this as of yet, be sure to bookmark the page as we'll be updating it regularly.
the return of the Psychic Spectacular Event
Seeing the month off is the returning Psychic Spectacular event, which will take place from March 27-30.
The event will see Psychic Pokemon appearing in the wild more frequently.
Some new Psychic Pokemon will be from the Black and White games will be making an appearance, including Solosis and Gothita.
If you're feeling lucky, you could also net yourself a Shiny Baltoyl. Special Field Research tasks will also available be throughout the event.
