Battlefield 6 California Resistance Bonus Path: All Rewards & How it Works

Battlefield 6

Battlefield 6

The California Resistance update pushes Season 1 forward, introducing a new arena, fresh hardware unlocks, and a short-term progression route separate from the main Battle Pass.

The California Resistance Bonus Path works as a small, time-tied reward track that hands out cosmetics, XP boosts, and one of the season’s key new weapons.

The clock started ticking the second California Resistance went live, and it shuts down on December 9 with Winter Offensive, so this is one of those limited-time grinds you can’t postpone.

How Do Bonus Path Points and Progression Work?

Unlike the traditional Season 1 pass, this event track has 11 tiers, each unlocked by filling a set number of Bonus Path Points.

These points are unique to the California Resistance event and come from a combination of weekly challenges and special event objectives tailored around the new update’s content.

Lower-tier challenges contribute a modest amount, while the demanding ones deliver a significant boost.

These objectives may include simple requirements like playing rounds of Sabotage, or more action-focused goals such as landing kills or assists with launchers across any mode.

Not all weekly challenges count toward the Bonus Path, so players are prompted to check for challenges explicitly marked with Bonus Path rewards.

Since every tier costs 10 points to advance, you’ll need a total of 110 Bonus Path Points to finish the entire event.

Since the path disappears once Winter Offensive arrives, the smartest approach is to chip away at the weekly and event challenges now, collect the points as they roll in, and secure the DB-12 before the window closes.
