While Yakuza is sticking with Like A Dragon's turn-based approach, Lost Judgment's continuing the franchise's beat 'em up spirit. Launching worldwide on September 24, SEGA's slowly preparing and they've just unveiled the spin-off sequel's opening movie.
Without going into too much detail, this opening movie is aesthetically gorgeous. Filled with colourful lighting, a look at the returning cast members, some rather suspect individuals and an energetic song, it truly sets the tone and you can watch this in full below.

Lost Judgment's Dramatic Opening Movie Revealed
It follows on from a gradual set of reveals. Alongside season pass plans and story DLC, Sega also announced that Lost Judgment would feature a playable Master System, emulating games like Alex Kidd in Miracle World and Penguin Land, though it's unclear whether traditional arcade games will also return.
Much like before, Lost Judgment sees the return of detective Takayuki Yagami, investigating another mysterious murder mystery with ex-yakuza partner Masaharu Kaito, though this one's considered to be an "impossible" crime. Returning to Kamurocho once more, this time we'll be visiting Yokohama too, which served as the primary setting for Yakuza: Like a Dragon. We'll keep you informed as we learn more.
