How to play Spotify in the background
Xbox Series X/S
First of all, make sure your console is switched on, the controller is in your hands and you are signed in to your Xbox profile.
After this, head over to the Store and, if you haven’t already, download the Spotify app.
You can find it in the Apps section, or you can instead use the search option and try finding it that way!
Once Spotify has installed, you’ll want to open it up and log in with your Spotify account.
After this, find the music you want to play and get it going.
Now all you’ll have to do is open up a game and your music should still be playing in the background.
If you want to control the music app, all you’ll have to do is open up the Menu (using the Xbox button on your controller).
From here, navigate over to the Spotify app and you should be able to choose functions like play/pause from here!
