When Is Hades Coming To Xbox?

As part of the Xbox & Bethesda Showcase for E3 2021, Microsoft just confirmed that Supergiant's 2020 hit Hades is finally launching on Xbox platforms. Currently available on Nintendo Switch, Steam, and the Epic Games Store, it's finally launching on rival platforms, and here's everything you need to know,

Hades is confirmed for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.

Release Date

Supergiant Games has confirmed that Hades will launch for all Xbox platforms on August 13, 2021.

Price

At the moment, we don't have a confirmed price for it on Xbox. However, it'll be a day one Game Pass release, launching for Xbox and Windows 10 PCs. Otherwise, if it's in line with the Steam edition, we can expect it to launch for around £19.49.

Physical Edition

Supergiant Games has confirmed a physical edition for Xbox, published by Private Division. The Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S versions are on a single disc. That includes a download code for the Hades Original Soundtrack, a 32-page full-color booklet with artwork.

Technical Specifications

The Xbox One version runs at 1080p resolution with 60 frames per second. The Xbox Series X|S versions hits 4K at a target 60fps. Notably, these editions don't support PC cross-saves like the Nintendo Switch version.
