After Brewfest disappeared early for players, Blizzard has now returned the event after feedback from players, letting them have one extra day to purchase cosmetics and rewards that they had been saving for the past two weeks.
Blizzard has stated on the forums that originally in vanilla and TBC Brewfest ran for fewer days which was later changed to follow the weekly schedule.
Brewfest is now back and will end on 23:59 server time on October 5th, giving players who had been saving tokens for the final day time to purchase these rewards before they are gone until next year.
WoW Classic TBC: Brewfest Returns For One Extra Day
Many players believed the event ran until the 6th, as that's the date for the Shadowlands event and there was no large blog post detailing the event for classic.
The right date was posted early around the release of the event as stated in both our articles around the event, although players still deserve proper communication about specific release dates especially when there are limited-time rewards up for grabs.
Many Horde players are also upset as they had bugged daily quests for the first three days of the event resulting in fewer token gains during the early days.
All players hope for is cleaner communication regarding specific events in the future, especially when it comes to predicting differences between the many versions of World of Warcraft has at the moment, including the recently announced fresh Season of Mastery Classic servers.
