Players who reach Renown 44 will be eligible to complete chapter 12 of their covenant campaign, which will begin a quest The Primus Returns, which will reward players Memories of the Sunless Skies, an item that grants the player the ability to fly in the outdoor Shadowlands zones for all characters on that Battle.net account.

Flying is unlocked for Bastian, Ardenweald, Revendreth, and Maldraxxus, meaning you still will not be able to fly in the Maw, Korthia, and Oribos. Players will not be able to fly between each of the zones and will have to take traditional methods instead.
