World Of Warcraft Burning Crusade Classic: How To Farm Spirit Shards And Where To Spend Them

Spirit Shards are a currency unique to The Burning Crusade, which drops from bosses inside Auchindoun dungeons.

They can be redeemed for early game PvP gear, as well as, potential competitive meta gems and potions.

However, Spirit Shards are not always obtainable, as they require a faction to control all five of the PvP spirit towers surrounding Auchindoun.

Every two hours these towers become active and available for a faction to control.

Upon taking control of all five towers, the winning faction will recieve a buff called Blessing of Achindoun, which will allow the collection of these shards and increase damage and experience gains by 5%.
