Players can venture to their local Black Market Auction House, although they will likely need to bring all their gold, and probably a bit more.

The original item is a very rare drop from Garrosh Hellscream himself, from the Siege of Orgrimmar raid in Mists of Pandaria.
Many players still clear this old raid each week in the hopes that they will be able to wear one of the most unique and loved shoulder transmogs in the game.
It can take players 30 minutes to an hour to clear the raid, so those players with gold will certainly be looking to purchase them while they are available.
The Black Market Auction House sells unique rare drops and unobtainable items, and it is random what appears each day.
Players are unsure why they are available now across all servers, although it could do with the closure of Garrosh Hellscream's story after he is freed from his imprisonment in the Shadowlands new raid the Sanctum of Domination.
This is a good opportunity to save some time from farming this raid each week, but only if you are willing to spend potentially millions of gold on the item.
