Since data mining began from the first 9.2 Eternity's End PTR build last week, many people had begun finding rewards from content a part of the next patch and found the rewards for season 3 PvP.
Originally, people found a renamed version of the season 2 mount, although Blizzard today confirmed they will be using the red color variant instead.
The cosmic theme goes with the recently revealed season 3 PvP trinkets also coming in Eternity's End.

Blizzard confirmed that this mount will be the color variant after backlash from players after they saw what the first mount was going to look like, which was basically the same as season 2.
This mount will also match the red theme that Mythic+ players will receive from earning the Keystone Master achievement in Eternity's End.
The 9.2 PTR has yet to go live, as Blizzard had an extended break over the Thanksgiving holiday, and is expected to release the first look at Eternity's End this week or next week at the latest.
A lot of information has been data mined over the past week, and players will finally get to see everything in action, as well as start seeing many changes as the testing cycle continues over the next 6 - 8 weeks.
