Progress Clear Tier 5 Content Achieving Another World First For The Burning Crusade Classic

After obtaining World First level 70's, following up with World First Tier 4, Progress has continued their dominance of The Burning Crusade Classic by clearing the two new raids Serpentshrine Cavern, and Tempest Keep that makes up tier 5 in World of Warcraft.

After a short delay, the servers went up and the top Classics guild made their way to the new raids, but unlike modern WoW, two raids opened at the same time.

The majority of guilds decided to enter the longer 6 boss raid, Serpentshrine Cavern first, before tackling Tempest Keep.

SALAD BAKERS were the first guild to clear Tempest Keep downing Kael'that first, however, were the only guild to go to this raid first.

In the end, it came down to a one-minute difference between <Progress> of Firemaw, and <BEEF BAR> of Kael'thas.

Watch Progress kill Kael'thas here thanks to guild member Tetsu:

Both raids were available for testing on the Public Test Realm for over a month, which resulted in guilds working out some crazy strategies to overcome some of the mechanics and trash fights inside the raids.

It is by no surprise to see the content cleared in under two hours, however, the preparation done by these guilds is not to be dismissed and the average guild will still take some time to clear these raids over the coming weeks and months.

Next up is Tier 6, which involves the Hyjal Summit and famous Black Temple raid, where Lord Illidan Stormrage awaits players as the final boss.
