How To Reserve Your Name Before The WoW Classic: Season Of Mastery Goes Live

Season of Mastery name reservation begins on the 11th of November at 6:00 pm PST or 21:00 CET, where players can begin saving their names before the release of the game on November 16th.

Blizzard has now announced the server list for the Season of Mastery and players can now begin choosing what server they wish to play on with their friends and guildmates.

From the 11th until launch on the 16th, players will only be able to create and reserve a name for one character, which will help Blizzard decide if they need to create new servers before launch to ensure queue times don't reach insane lengths.

How To Reserve Your Name Before The WoW Classic: Season Of Mastery Goes Live

First, you need to get onto the right World of Warcraft Version, which can be changed on the Battle.net launcher.

Select World of Warcraft: Classic under Game Version & Account, which was previously only Classic era servers. There will be a new tab under the Realm selector called "Seasonal" which is where players can save their name under the new servers.

As players can only create one character per account during the name reservation period, if they change their mind they can simply delete that character and create it again on the new desired realm, but be quick or the name may get taken.

Once the Season of Mastery goes live on the 16th, players will no longer be capped at 1 character per account and will revert to the original 10 per server.
