When Does The Burning Crusade Classic Phase 3 Come Out?

Phase 3 might just be the biggest patch in The Burning Crusade, and definitely the most anticipated by far.

While there is no release date or PTR announcement for phase 3, we can start looking at a predictable timeline for its release.

There are two important factors that will likely come before the release of phase 3, Shadowlands patch 9.1.5 and the release of the Season of Mastery fresh classic servers. Shadowlands patch 9.1.5 has been confirmed for November 2nd, with its major content update coming on December 7th.

The Season of Mastery beta has been progressing quickly, and a 6 week testing period lines up for a late November release, or if were to play a few weeks into December that would still land at a release date before the end of the year.

When Does The Burning Crusade Classic Phase 3 Come Out?

Considering Phase 2 did not release until September, Phase 3 will be expected to release in 2022, which a late January early February launch a high contender for this patch.

Phase 3 will add the famous Black Temple raid where players will finally face off against the Lord of Outland, Illidan Stormrage, and some interesting guild decisions will need to be made regarding the first legendary of TBC, Illidan's Warglaives of Azzinoth.

There is no shortage of content coming in phase 3 as Hyjal Summit will also make its way to the game as a 5 boss 25 man raid, which players will want to complete for tier 6 Helm and Glove Tokens.

Finally, Arena Season 3 will also release, giving players another reason to log in and farm some arena rating.
