The eldritch Revenant is a very complete warframe with great offensive capabilities, as well as inherent tankiness and decent crowd control tools. Related to the Eidolons in Cetus, Revenant can be a great addition to your arsenal and works perfectly fine in any team.
How to Craft Revenant?
Revenant's main blueprint is awarded upon completion of the Mask of the Revenant quest, which is unlocked after reaching the rank of "Observer" with The Quills. Revenant's component blueprints are acquired from Bounties in the Plains of Eidolon. Building at least two different components is required to advance through the quest. Additional main blueprints can be bought from Cephalon Simaris for 50,000 Reputation.

Revenant Overview and Best Weapon Options
Revenant’s skills include crowd control tools and protection in the form of Enthrall and Mesmer Skin, with some HP and Shield regeneration when you use Reave and a great offensive resource called Danse Macabre. All the four abilities work greatly either independently or as a whole, so you should try to make a build as balanced as possible.
Harnessing the essence of Eidolons, Revenant is immune to the Magnetic night waters of the Plains of Eidolon. Additionally, when his Shield depletes, Revenant emits a radial blast that knocks down nearby enemies.
Convert a target into a zealous thrall. Thralls turn on their allies and enthrall through damage. On death, they disintegrate into a damaging pillar of energy. The thrall horde remains under Revenant’s spell until this ability runs out.

Revenant doesn’t need any specific weapon setup, so you can go with whatever is more comfortable to you and you should be fine. In my case, Ignis, Epitaph, and orthos will serve that purpose, and of course, if you can afford the Prime or Vandal versions, the better. Use as many Forma on them as you see fit to achieve the desired build, and you'll be good to go!
Primary Weapon - Ignis
Secondary Weapon - Epitaph
Melee Weapon - Orthos

The idea of the build is to make it as balanced as you can, prioritizing Strength and then going for Range and Duration. Efficiency won’t survive as good as the other stats, but you can compensate using Flow. The idea is to use Enthrall at all times, spreading it as much as possible, Mesmer Skin and Reave whenever you need them, and then Danse Macabre to wipe entire rooms of enemies. Rolling Guard will be necessary for later stages in the game since casting a new Mesmer Skin will briefly leave you open to attacks. For dramatically better results, replace the mods in the setup with their Prime or Umbral versions.
