Facebook has confirmed they won't reveal any new Oculus Studios projects at E3 2021. After April's Oculus Gaming Showcase, many users had wondered if Facebook would plan further reveals this month, but that's been categorically ruled out.

Similar to PlayStation Studios and Xbox Game Studios, Oculus has acquired several developers in recent years - including Beat Games, Sanzaru Games and Ready At Dawn - and placing them under the Oculus Studios banner. Speaking in a recent post on Reddit, Executive Producer Mike Doran confirmed "The Oculus Studios team will not be showing anything at E3, but stay tuned!"

Oculus Studios Won't Appear At E3

However, that doesn't mean we won't see any Oculus projects at E3 at all, just nothing from their internal studios. Capcom's confirmed to appear at E3 and they previously showcased their Quest 2 exclusive Resident Evil 4 VR port, while Ubisoft Forward could finally unveil Assassin’s Creed and Splinter Cell VR.

While we're not expecting much VR news at E3 directly - especially with Sony's absence - Upload VR recently announced they'd be hosting their own showcase on June 12. Said to feature "Oculus Quest, PlayStation VR and PC VR" news and new reveals, you can find more details here.
