The game also saw availability for other platforms such as the PS3 and Xbox in 2021. Now, a revamped version of the game called Virtua Fighter 5 Ultimate Showdown is scheduled for release this June 1, 2021.

But the nostalgia of the original Virtua Fighter game can be seen in the upcoming game version – thanks to the option wherein players may play the game utilizing the original 1993 Virtua Fighter 1 graphics.
