Riot Games has confirmed two brand new skin bundles for Valorant to celebrate the Sentinels of Light franchise event.
Sentinels of Light is set to be a franchise-wide event for Riot Games, taking place on League of Legends, Legends of Runeterra, Teamfight Tactics, League of Legends: Wild Rift, and Valorant. However, players should note that the event will begin on different dates for every game.
Nevertheless, let's take a look at what Valorant players can expect from the Sentinels of Light franchise event.

Sentinels of Light in Valorant
As of now, the only information available regarding the impact of Sentinels of Light in Valorant states the following,
"During the event, VALORANT players will have a chance to purchase two themed weapon skin bundles, Ruination and Sentinels [of light], at different times in July. In-game maps will tease/promote the event with themed billboards and VALORANT influencers bring back “flat lays” for both skins"
New skin bundles in Valorant
According to the official release, the two new skin bundles will be made available at different times during July. Having said that, here are the release dates for both of these skin bundles:
- Ruination bundle - July 8th
- Sentinels of Light bundle - July 21st
Ruination bundle in Valorant
The Ruination bundle will feature five assorted skins for five different weapons. Additionally, the bundle will also include a spray, a player name card, and gun buddies. The weapons that will receive a Ruination skin are:
- Phantom
- Ghost
- Spectre
- Guardian
- Blade of the Ruined King-themed Melee
Additionally, players can unlock three variant colors for each of these skins to find the perfect fit for their visuals.
Sentinels of Light bundle in Valorant
Similar to the Ruination bundle, the Sentinels of Light bundle in Valorant will also feature five assorted skins along with the spray, player name card, and gun buddies. However, the weapons that will be blessed with a Sentinels-themed look are:
- Vandal
- Operator
- Sheriff
- Ares
- Relic of the Sentinel-themed Melee
Needless to say, these skins also feature three variant colors that can be unlocked by players to find the perfect fit for themselves.
