Valorant recently teased VALFEST, a festival with multiple artists and performers who will "pop off" on this grand stage. However, the lineup that was revealed, makes it obvious that the entire thing is nothing but a hilarious inside joke for the community.

Having said that, a teaser like this could signal a probable in-game event for Valorant fans.
VALFEST
According to the official poster revealed by Valorant on Twitter, VALFEST features a bunch of names that can be related to renowned artists in the real world. From LIL SMEEGZ to DUA LINE-UP, if this poster is indeed a teaser for things to come, Valorant fans are in for an absolute treat.
However, as of this moment, it is safe to say that VALFEST, as announced by Riot Games, is nothing more than a prank.

To end it all off, the entire festival is supposedly sponsored by the KINGDOM. Having said that, there is also a tiny bit of possibility that VALFEST could be a deeper insight in the lore of Valorant.
Possibility of in-game VALFEST
Although Riot Games hasn't revealed any possibilities of an in-game festival for Valorant yet, the idea is executable. We have already witnessed in-game festivals on various games such as Fortnite and ROBLOX. Implementing the same for Riot Games shouldn't be a huge problem. Given that they are already in the middle of a franchise event in the form of Sentinels of Light, executing a festival in Valorant could very well be on the charts.
However, the developers haven't revealed any details regarding such plans and as of this moment, it remains impossible to speculate a possible date for VALFEST.
