Total War: Warhammer 3 is set to be released later this year for PC platforms including Windows, Linux, and macOS, following 2017’s Total War: Warhammer II.

As of the moment of the writing, neither developers Creative Assembly nor publisher Sega has released a statement regarding whether the game will be coming to Nintendo Switch.
And most likely this would not happen, since the first two games from the franchise did not receive a console release.
Until there is word from either Creative Assembly or Sega, it's probably safe to assume that the game will not be coming to Nintendo Switch - or other console platforms - anytime soon.
