Of course, this is a premium tablet, however, are you getting your money's worth?
The 2021 release was one of the biggest upgrades for the iPad Pro so far, featuring the Apple M1 chip which can also be found in the most recent Macbooks.
Alongside this, the 12.9-inch model features XDR liquid retina display with Mini-LED backlighting technology.
This allows for up to a whopping 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio and huge 1,600 nits of peak brightness which should look seriously sharp and allow you to enjoy high-quality entertainment.

Much like some of the best iPads, the Pro model can utilise the Apple Pencil and Magic Keyboard which means it could even be a great tool for work.
You're also getting a Thunderbolt port that allows you to transfer power, data and video through one single cable.
Plus, the iPad Pro even features a 12MP wide camera lens and 10MP ultra-wide camera lens for high-quality photo and video capture.
Should I Wait For iPad 2022?
Ultimately, the decision to wait or not comes down to your individual preferences, but if you want our two cents, we'd say it could be worth sticking around for.
The 2022 iPad Pro will likely include a more powerful chipset, a better camera and new features such as wireless charging.
We're also expecting to see some improvements to the design with more colour options and a glass back.
Plus, if you're interested in the 11-inch version, the rumoured Mini LED backlighting upgrade for the 2022 model could be worth holding out for.
Of course, if you're looking to upgrade immediately the 2021 iPad Pro is still an excellent option.
However, if you're not in a rush to upgrade, it could be worth waiting for the 2022 model to arrive and see what it has in store for you.
