Super Smash Bros Ultimate will be gaining its first European Circuit, this news comes shortly after the announcement that Terry will be the next DLC fighter in the fighters pass.The Smash Ultimate community is continuing to grow and esports opportunites are regularly popping up, this latest addition is a huge milestone in its journey.
Alongside this, Nintendo of Europe have also created a tournament portal for the community to register their tournament.
How Will The Circuit Work And When Does It Start?
The circuit will comprise of 7 events, starting in 2019, with a grand final event to round out the circuit in 2020.
Here are the events within the circuit:
- Syndicate 2019 (25th-27th October 2019)
- DreamHack Winter 2019 (28th November - 1st December 2019)
- Valhalla III (9th-13th January 2020)
- DreamHack Leipzig 2020 (24th-26th January 2020)
- Tech Republic V (6th-8th March 2020)
- Icarus VI (2nd-3rd May 2020)
- Stunfest (11th-17th May 2020)
- DreamHack Summer 2020 (Dates TBC)
When Will It Start?
The first competition will begin on the 25th-27th October at Syndicate 2019.
