Is Subnautica Below Zero on Xbox Game Pass?

Subnautica: Below Zero is an expansion of the excellent Subnautica and is a pretty fun game on its own right, as the game can be played on its own, though we’re sure fans of the original game went back for a second dive due to the sheer amount of content in it.

Fans that haven’t played the first Subnautica yet will be happy to know that it’s currently a part of Xbox Game Pass so it’s the best time to see why building bases and fighting underwater creatures is more fun than you’d think.

Is Subnautica Below Zero on Xbox Game Pass

Because Subnautica is on Xbox Game Pass, a lot of fans have wondered if Subnautica: Below Zero is on there too, letting players start a new underwater adventure after completing one.

Unfortunately, Xbox Game Pass does not currently have Subnautica: Below Zero and only has the first game, so if you just want to play Below Zero you’re better off paying for the expansion on the Xbox Games Store.

While Xbox Game Pass has been home to a number of new releases, the fact that Subnautica: Below Zero isn’t one of them is a little disappointing, given the service’s history of having top titles.

Admittedly, Xbox Game Pass is always adding new games every month so we’re sure that we’ll see Subnautica: Below Zero on the service eventually, just not right now.

Thankfully, there are literally hundreds of games you can check out on Xbox Game Pass so even if Subnautica: Below Zero isn’t here, other titles will more than suffice.

Subnautica: Below Zero is now available on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
