In Stardew Valley, you head to Pelican Town after inheriting your grandfather's old farm. It's up to you to bring the farm back to life by growing crops, raising livestock, and generally building a new life for yourself. Yes, Stardew Valley is currently available on Game Pass! If you are subscribed, you can make your own farm and make friends in Pelican Town for free. If you don't have Game Pass then the game is still available to purchase on PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox, PS4 consoles as well as Apple and Android devices.
