Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Arrives On PS5 And Xbox Series X|S This Summer

Jedi: Fallen Order is often considered the best Star Wars game EA's released since obtaining the exclusive rights. Developed by Respawn Entertainment and released back in 2019, it saw a strong critical reception, arriving on Xbox One, PS4, and PC.

Previously benefitting from a performance boost via backwards compatibility, it's now coming natively to PS5 and Xbox Series X|S this Summer, announced in preparation for Star Wars Day 2021 on May 4th.

While details are thin as to what we can expect, the blog post stated "We’re excited to announce the next-gen release of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, bringing a number of technical improvements to the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S console versions of the game. This will be a free cross-generation upgrade to current owners. More details will come soon."

Celebrating this further, Jedi: Fallen Order's receiving a 70% discount off the standard edition, and 60% off the deluxe edition. A wider sale was also announced from April 30th until May 4th, including Squadrons, Vader Immortal, Battlefront II and more. For Star Wars fans, that's worth keeping an eye on.
