There are four difficulty levels available in Ruined King. These levels are:

Story

Normal

The most difficult mode that the game has to offer, Heroic features almost unbeatable enemies and unpassable rounds. However, players who specialise in the genre of turn-based RPGs will definitely have a lot of fun playing Ruined King on this difficulty level.
Having said that, new players as well as those who do not have a lot of experience with turn-based RPGs are highly advised to not play the game on this level during their first run. A horrible experience on your first run can leave you wanting to never play the game again.
