Rocket League Gets an Animated Season Six, Launches on March 9

With Season Five coming to a close next week, Psyonix has lifted the lid on Rocket League Season 6. Offering an animation theme, that kicks off on March 9, bringing the usual proceedings like a fresh Rocket Pass and Competitive Season. For Season 6, we've also got a new arena variant and limited time event.

To start with, Neo Tokyo is getting a "comic book inspired" variant that'll go live alongside the new season. As for the new Rocket Pass, that's headlined by a new Nomad car, including items like the "Nomster Wheels, Decals, Goal Explosion, and more."

Rocket League Season 6 goes live on March 8 at 4PM PT / 7PM ET, extending into 12AM on March 9 for GMT/UTC. In the meantime, you can still claim The Batman bundle until 2am UTC on March 9. Rocket League is available now as a free-to-play game on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC, alongside PS5 and Xbox Series X|S via backwards compatibility.
