Update - May 26
As a reminder, Rocket League's Formula 1 Fan Pack is being removed from sale after May 26. So, if you're planning on picking up this latest pack, you've not got long to purchase it. Psyonix previously confirmed this was the start of a "multi-year partnership" with the sport, so they are bringing it back for future F1 events. However, we've got no idea just when that'll be, so you could be waiting for some time.
Original - May 19
After Season 3's kick-off last month, Psyonix revealed that Rocket League would feature a NASCAR and Formula 1 Crossover, having initially given us the Tyranno. Though NASCAR Fan Pack has been and gone, they've just confirmed that the Formula 1 fan pack goes live tomorrow.
This time around, we've only got one vehicle - suitably named the "Formula 1 2021 Car" - but they've included 10 decals that covers each major team, alongside a set of Pirelli wheels, a unique decal and an Formula 1 player banner.
Rocket League's Formula 1 Fan Pack Launches Tomorrow, Bringing Decals For Each Team
Like the NASCAR pack, this costs 2000 Credits and is only available for a week, between May 20 until May 26. Featuring all ten teams competing in the 2021 FIA Formula One World Championship, you can find that list below.
- Alfa Romeo Racing ORLEN
- Scuderia AlphaTauri Honda
- Alpine F1 Team
- Aston Martin Cognizant F1 Team
- Scuderia Ferrari
- Uralkali Haas F1 Team
- McLaren F1 Team
- Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team
- Red Bull Racing Honda
- Williams Racing
Even if you miss out though, there'll be further opportunities to grab it, as Psyonix also confirmed this is the start of a multi-year partnership with Formula 1. Saying this Fan Pack will return to the game "throughout the year around future F1 events", we're looking forward to seeing what that brings.
