Rocket League Season 2 will be launching on December 8 in the US and December 9 in the UK.
This was confirmed in a tweet by the Rocket League official account.

The game is releasing at 4pm PST on December 8, or 12AM UTC on December 9.
UK players could stay up 'til midnight, but perhaps letting your game update and then logging in in the morning could be better sleep-wise.
Once the update goes live, you’ll be able to start unlocking the new cosmetics, and competing for competitive ranks in the new season!
