Here's a step-by-step guide on how to find Knuckles in Sonic Speed Simulator:

Step one - Unlocking Lost Valley

You'll find the Sonic Speed Simulator Knuckles unlock card in Emerald Hill - the game's third zone. To get there, you need to complete the Lost Valley obby in Green Hill Zone, travel through that zone to the Emerald Hill obby, and then climb high in Emerald Hill Zone itself.

Step two - Climbing the heights

Once you're in Emerald Hill zone, you'll want to cross the small log bridge on the ground. At the end, you'll see a small platform with a crooked tree. Jump onto the platform and position yourself at the left-most edge and you should see a spring on a wooden tower just ahead.

Step three - The floating isles

Use your homing jump to reach it to have it take you up onto the floating islands. From here, you'll see the Knuckles unlock to the right of the two XP circles in the distance.

Jump over to the vending machine, go through the loop, and a speed boost platform should take you straight to where to find Knuckles in Sonic Speed Simulator. It's that easy.

Step four - Getting fast

Being level 100 (rebirth two) should give you more than enough speed to run and jump your way to this point, so you can actually unlock Knuckles in Sonic Speed Simulator fairly early on.
