Resident Evil 3 Remake: Day one patch coming on release date for latest Capcom adventure

Resident Evil 3 Remake is launching on April 3rd, so we only have a few weeks to go until we'll be back in Raccoon City.

Capcom has been on fire recently with early-year release windows, with Monster Hunter World, Resident Evil 2 Remake, and the first-person Resident Evil 7 performing well both critically and commercially.

What's in the Resident Evil 3: Remake Day One Patch?

Live on the PlayStation servers nice and early, this patch clocks in at a minuscule 220MB. While size varies from platform to platform, we know that this is focused entirely on bug fixes.

Considering the size of Raccoon City, there's always a chance for players to trigger glitches and bugs that developers hadn't planned for, but for now Capcom looks confident in the product it's put together.
