To get the Silver Flower bottle in Resident Evil Village you will need to progress through Castle Dimistrescu until you reach the kitchen. This will happen automatically as part of the story. Make sure to check this room for a large pot. You'll pull the Sanguis Virginis out of it.

What to Do With Sanguis Virginis

Once you have the Sanguis Virginis item head back to the Wine Room in Castle Dimitrescu. You can now place it onto the silver bottle holder to the right of the entrance. This will open up a secret door, allowing you to progress through the castle.
