To escape Castle Dimitrescu in Resident Evil Village you will eventually have to take down mutated Lady Dimitrescu. She's now a massive dragon-like creature, hungry for your flesh. Resident Evil Village Mutated Lady Dimitrescu Boss Fight Walkthrough

Before you can finally escape Castle Dimitrescu in Resident Evil Village you will need to defeat Lady Dimitrescu. She's in her mutated form at this point, resembling a huge dragon, albeit a particularly gross one. Here's how to beat her:

Phase One

The first phase of this fight is all about keeping your distance. Lady Dimitrescu will crawl towards you, swiping at you when she gets close. Just back up and shoot at her more human form sprouting from her back. We recommend using any shotgun ammo you have here, saving sniper ammo for later. When she flies off, use the F2 rifle to zoom in and shoot her. This will bring her back down to ground. Repeat this, using the double tap circle turn to escape if she gets too close.

Phase Two

The second phase throws you into the tower. You'll want to move upstairs, using the elevation to get shots into her weak spot. Get upstairs and switch to your shotgun. She'll be extremely close at this point. You will need to be stepping sideways as you shoot. Just concentrate on firing off shots, it won't take much to take her down at this point. Mines and Pipe Bombs are great here.

Rewards

For bringing down Lady Dimitrescu you'll get the Crystal Dimitrescu, a valuable item that can be sold to the Merchant in the next section. You'll also get the Head Flask, which will come into play in a little bit.
