Resident Evil Village Luthier's Key: How to Unlock the Violin Door

While exploring Resident Evil Village you'll come across a locked door with a violin on it. This is the Luthier's House, and needs the Luthier's Key in order to open. You'll want to make sure you do so as there's some great treasure inside. To help you get inside we've put together this Resident Evil Village Violin Door guide. Resident Evil Village: How to Unlock the Violin Door

To unlock the Violin Door in Resident Evil Village you will need to find the Luthier's Key. It can be found in the area North East of the Garden. There's a save point here and to its right are the keys. We've shown the location on the map below:

Getting the Luthier's Key


To get the Luthier's Key you'll need to have completed the House Beneviento section of the game. Once you've done this you will have unlocked the Garden areas. Head to the location on the map and enter the building marked in red. You'll find the key next to the save point.

What's Inside the Violin House?

Once you've made your way inside the Luthier's House in Resident Evil Village you can find the following rewards:

  • 1000 Lei
  • Yellow Quartz (up on hanging instrument)
  • F2 Rifle High Capacity upgrade
  • Steal Hraesvelgr (sell to Merchant)

Luthier's House Safe Code


To get to the treasure in this area you will need to enter a safe code. You can find this by finding a child's drawing on the wall in the kitchen. It has the code 27-09-17. Enter this to get into the safe.
