Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart launches next month, but Insomniac Games has revealed a new trailer showcasing some of the new weapons and traversal options coming to the PlayStation 5 exclusive.

As you can see, Ratchet will be able to teleport short distances using a "Rift Tether", which looks like it essentially brings the world closer to you, as opposed to projecting our Lombax protagonist around.
Ratchet can also temporarily 'cease existing' to dodge attacks using the "Phantom Dash", too.
As for weapons, our hero can use "Buzz Blades" to fire sharp projectiles or the "Blackhole Storm" laser weapon.
There's also a close-range, Shotgun-style weapon called "The Enforcer", and "The Lightning Rod", which zaps enemies in close proximity to one another.
Players can also freeze enemies with the "Cold Snap", hit them from all directions with the "Ricochet", and blow them away with the "Negatron Collider".
Insomniac appears to be rolling out new info weekly, and players can expect a look at the game's new locations next week.
