Rainbow Six Quarantine was one of the biggest surprises of E3 2019, but after the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, it's understandably gone a little quiet.
A shooter that sees Rainbow operatives take on an alien parasite, the game hasn't been heard from in some time after being delayed in October 2020 to the first half of FY 2021/22.

What Is Rainbow Six: Parasite?
Rainbow Six Quarantine is the newest spin-off from the Rainbow Six franchise, and it appears that the game is a three-player co-operative horror survival game from what we know so far.
Players will need their wits about them as they battle against an alien parasite in a squad of three, completing objectives before heading to extraction.
There is no official date for the release of Rainbow Six Quarantine.
During Ubisoft's Q2 earnings report (on October 30, 2020) the company announced that it had moved both Rainbow Six Quarantine and Far Cry 6 to the 2021-22 year.
This was not a result of development problems, but rather a response to the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020.
