VGC also reports that a business unit was being established earlier this year at Sony, bringing PlayStation's franchises to mobile. With this hiring, it's assumed the former Apple Arcade chief will assist in this endeavour. One of the company's exclusives is already jumping to mobile, as WipEout returns next year, through WipEout Rush. With Sebastiani, more IPs are likely to follow.

Many PlayStation games are reportedly making a return, with Silent Hill and Twisted Metal both reportedly in development. These games could also make their way to mobile platforms, similar to WipEout's unexpected move. For now, we'll keep you informed on any further developments.
