Pokemon GO is building up to GO Fest 2020 with a Summer-Themed event!
As Pokemon GO approaches its fourth-anniversary, a number of special events are popping up to get players in the mood.
While details on this new event are scarce, we're expecting more information to come soon.
Dates And Times
The Summer-Themed event will be accompanied by the third week of GO Fest 2020 challenges.
At the moment, it's unknown if this event will be a week-long event or whether it will be a few days.
We're expecting the event to take place sometimes between Friday, July 17, 2020, at 8:00 a.m. to Wednesday, July 22, 2020, at 10:00 p.m. local time.
Summer-Themed Event Features And Bonuses
- Summer-themed Pokémon will be appearing in the wild, hatching from Eggs, and appearing in raids. If you’re lucky, you might find a Shiny Bellsprout!
- Petilil will be making its Pokémon GO debut! It’ll be appearing in the wild when the weather is sunny and hatching from 5 km Eggs.
- Summer Style Pikachu will also be appearing in the wild!
