Trainers, ready your Pokemon. The UK’s first-ever Safari Zone will be taking place in the city of Liverpool! The ticketed event will take place in the magnificent 235-acre Sefton Park from Friday, April 17, to Sunday, April 19, 2020. Here's everything you need to know about the Safari Zone in Liverpool.

What is the Pokemon GO Safari Zone?
The Pokemon GO Safari Zone is a real-life event for players and fans of the game, to take part in to receive special rewards and prizes, find unseen Pokemon and meet fellow players, all in one space.
Pokemon Go Safari Zone 2020 will be a maritime-themed event, and trainers will have the opportunity to encounter Krabby, Dratini, Chinchou, Unown V, and Oshawott in the wild (as well as some incredibly rare Pokemon).
Relicanth—typically available only in New Zealand, Samoa, and some other islands in the southwest Pacific—will also be appearing in the wild.
How do I get tickets?
Tickets went live on Friday, February 14, 2020, at 8am GMT.
General admission tickets will be £14.40, and early access tickets will be £21.60.
A £3.60 service fee will be added to each order (up to 4 tickets per order).
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Early access ticket holders will be able to access event gameplay early and receive two additional hours of gameplay.
Along with the general admission and early access tickets, there will also be an additional experience: the City Explorer Pass.
What is the City Explorer Pass?
With the City Explorer Pass, you’ll be able to take part in City Explorer Raids, hatch Eggs faster throughout Liverpool, and access other exclusive bonuses for the full event weekend.

The event will take place in the 235-acre Sefton Park in Liverpool, in the UK.
When is Pokemon GO Safari Zone 2020?
The event will be from Friday, April 17, to Sunday, April 19, 2020.
Players will be able to walk around the beautiful park and spin PokeStops within the event space to receive special 2 km Eggs and unique Field Research. Use Lures throughout the event to stay activated for 4 hours.
Will there be Merchandise?
Yes! You'll be able to browse and purchase from a selection of official Pokémon merchandise provided by The Pokémon Center.
Exclusive Safari Zone commemorative shirts will also be available for purchase.
Players will be able to cool off and recharge in one of the two mixed team lounges, where they can meet their fellow Instinct, Mystic, or Valor teammates.
