As reported by the game's official Twitter account, a daily box of goodies will be available for fans when logging in.
Trainers can now receive a free box of items daily in the shop! The Shop icon will display a notification when a Daily Free Box is available. To get it, simply go to the shop and claim the box in the Free section. Enjoy! 🎁 pic.twitter.com/2sjQmP3sUU

As the tweet explains, you'll just want to head into the store and claim your box from the "Free" section.
