How To Get Shiny Toxtricity In Pokemon Sword And Shield

Sword and Shield was the latest main series game introduced and players are still going back and catching all the shiny Pokemon they are missing.

Now, Pokemon is gearing up to potentially make some massive announcements next month.

This will hopefully include some brand new titles such as the long-awaited remakes of Diamond and Pearl.

In the meantime, a brand new shiny Pokemon has become catchable within the game.

Here's how to catch Shiny Toxicity.

This free shiny Pokemon was found via a Reddit post over the course of the week.

The Reddit leak comes from user u/VGCToast who posted an image of a Gamestop ad which notes starting today, February 19th, players will be able to receive a free shiny Toxtricity. 

In order to get this Pokemon you are going to have to follow these steps: 

• Download the Pokemon Pass application via the Android store or the iOS store 
• Register or sign in to your Pokemon Trainer account
• Head over to your local Gamestop and they should have a code for you to scan

With the on-going global pandemic going on, we do not know if your local store is going to require you to enter it or not.
