It's time for you to take on and catch the Incarnate Forces of Hisui in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. This particular mission is end-game content that will see you catching Landorus, Thundurus, and Tornadus - three legendary Pokémon, also known as the Forces of Nature.
The trio of 'mons has expanded since, bringing Enamorus on board, but you'll learn more about them after having caught the original trio first. This isn't an easy task, with you needing to of completing the main storyline for the game and defeat Giratina first.

Where to Find Landorus in Pokémon Legends: Arceus
Landorus is perhaps the easiest of these three Pokémon to find and take on, as they do not require any specific conditions to be met before they appear. A ground/flying-type, Landorus can be found floating around Ramanas Island in Obsidian Fieldlands.
Where to Find Thundurus in Pokémon Legends: Arceus
Thundurus is a flying/electric-type Pokémon who, you guessed it, can only be found during a thunderstorm. Fortunately, it is pretty easy to manipulate the weather in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. This particular Pokémon can be found in Cobalt Coastlands. Head to the Coastland Campsite and locate the two pillars by the Camp, and you should see Thundurus roaming the water.

Where to Find Tornadus in Pokémon Legends: Arceus
Tornadus is a flying-type Pokémon who can be found in Alabaster Icelands. Although, they will only appear during a snowstorm. As you already know, manipulating the weather is easily done from any Base Camp! When you manage to encounter a snowstorm, Tornadus can specifically be found hovering around Bonechill Wastes.
