Pancham will be making its way to Pokemon GO as part of the Luminous Legends X event, wherein a handful of Pokemon from the Kalos region can now be encountered by players starting today, May 4th.

The Fighting-type Pancham is dubbed as the Panda Pokemon, in which it became a fan favorite when Pokemon X and Y was first released. Now in Pokemon GO, players may potentially own this Pokemon once it will be successfully caught in an encounter.

Pokemon GO players can participate in a Global Event wherein all the players of the game should be able to catch 500 million Fairy-type Pokemon. Yes, the Global Event is currently happening, and players can have a significant boost thanks to the Luminous Legends X event wherein the chances of encountering Fairy and Dragon-type Pokemon increased.

The Global Event began on May 1st and will run until May 9th. If all players in the world would be able to accomplish the goal, then finding and catching Pancham could already be possible.

Pancham is set to appear on various raid battles between May 11th to May 17th once the goal of the Global Event is achieved. But if players may not be able to complete the Global Event, then it is most likely that Pancham could be released on a later date.

That is why finishing the Global Event with a successful mark would definitely benefit every Pokemon GO player. Not only prizes are at stake once it is accomplished, but the likes of Pancham and other Kalos region Pokemon may arrive in the game at the soonest possible time.
