Pokemon GO December Legendary Raids
Pokémon Kyurem returns to raids as well as Mega Abomasnow arriving for the first time in Pokémon GO.
Kyurem will be appearing in five-star raids from Tuesday, December 1, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. to Friday, January 1, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. PST (GMT −8).
Mega Abomasnow will be appearing in Mega Raids beginning Tuesday, December 1, 2020, at 1:00 p.m PST (GMT −8), replacing Mega Blastoise.
Pokemon GO December Regi Raids Return
Niantic has announced that the legendary Regi trio — Registeel, Regirock and Regice — will once again return to Pokemon GO five-star raids throughout December.
However, each Regi will only be available in five-star raids for one weekend at a time, starting on December 12th. You'll find the full scheduled just below.
Registeel, Regirock and Regice December Schedule -
- Regirock - will appear in raids from Saturday, December 12, 2020, at 6am until Sunday, December 13, 2020, at 10pm
- Registeel - will appear in raids from Saturday, December 19, 2020, at 6am until Sunday, December 20, 2020, at 10pm
- Regice - will appear in raids from Saturday, December 26, 2020, at 6am until Sunday, December 27, 2020, at 10pm
Pokemon GO December Spotlight Hours
Pokémon Spotlight Hours will take place every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. local time and each hour will spotlight a different Pokémon and special bonus!
- Tuesday, December 1, 2020: Seel will be in the spotlight, and you’ll earn twice the XP for evolving Pokémon.
- Tuesday, December 8, 2020: Swinub will be in the spotlight, and you’ll earn twice the Stardust for catching Pokémon.
- Tuesday, December 15, 2020: A surprise Pokémon will be in the spotlight, and you’ll earn twice the Candy for catching Pokémon.
- Tuesday, December 22, 2020: Snorunt will be in the spotlight, and you’ll earn twice the Candy for transferring Pokémon.
- Tuesday, December 29, 2020: Snover will be in the spotlight, and you’ll earn twice the XP for evolving Pokémon.
Pokemon GO December Community Day
Pokemon GO's December Community day will take place on Saturday, December 12, and Sunday, December 13, 2020.
Throughout the event, Pokémon featured in Community Day events throughout 2019 and 2020 will be appearing more frequently in the wild and in raids, so this event will be a great time for you to catch Pokémon featured in any Community Day events you may have missed!
Kalos Celebration Event
From Wednesday, December 2, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. to Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at 10:00 p.m. local time, Pokémon originally discovered in the Kalos region will be appearing in the wild, hatching from Eggs, and appearing in raids for the first time!
You can also look forward to exclusive Field Research and Timed Research during this event.
Pokemon GO Secrets Of The Jungle Event
The key dates appear to run from the 14th December to 25th December!
Schedule includes:
- The event starts Monday, December 14, 2020, at 8:00 a.m. local time
- From December 14, 2020, at 8:00 a.m. local time, complete Special Research to encounter Shiny Celebi! Plus, Jessie and James return to Pokémon GO!
- Explorer Pikachu arrives from Monday, December 14, 2020, at 8:00 a.m. to Monday, December 21, 2020, at 10:00 p.m. local time
- Pokemon from the Movie 'Secrets of the Jungle' will arrive from Monday, December 14, 2020, at 8:00 a.m. to Thursday, December 17, 2020, at 10:00 p.m. local time
- Jessie and James’s Meowth balloon will be appearing more frequently from Friday, December 25, 2020, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. local time
Pokemon GO Battle League Season 6
The Pokemon GO Battle League Season 6 has kicked off and will run through the December and into January.
- The Great League will run from Monday, November 30, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. to Monday, December 14, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. PST (GMT −8).
- The Ultra League and its Premier Cup will run from Monday, December 14, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. to Monday, December 28, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. PST (GMT −8).
- The Master League, its Premier Cup, Master League Classic, and Holiday Cup will run from Monday, December 28, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. to Monday, January 4, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. PST (GMT −8). Only Pokémon that haven’t been powered up with Candy XL are allowed in the Master League Classic. Please see below for more details on what Pokémon will be allowed in the Holiday Cup.
- All three leagues and the Ultra League Premier Cup will run from Monday, January 4, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. to Monday, January 11, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. PST (GMT −8).
The GO Battle League will expand from 10 to 24 ranks, and the top four ranks will have all-new names and corresponding badges.
