Rumour: Persona 4 Arena Ultimax Is Getting Remastered

Initially released on PS3 and Xbox 360 back in 2014, this fighting game spin-off was developed by Arc System Works. Carrying on from Persona 4 Arena, Ultimax took place as a sequel to both Persona 4 and Persona 3, set two months and two years after each game respectively.

However, Zippo doesn't confirm much more beyond the fact that it's happening and that Ultimax's remaster is arriving on" modern platforms". Now, if Persona 5 Strikers is anything to go by, we'd expect to see this launch on PS4, Switch and PC at the least, though that could certainly include an Xbox release. Hopefully we won't be waiting long to find out.
