Is Persona 5 Coming To Xbox and PC? Everything We Know So Far


Persona 5 may be one of the greatest JRPGs of the last decade, but the title is only available on PS4 as things stand.

While Persona 5: Strikers branched out to PC and Nintendo Switch, it appears as though the franchise could be about to make its Xbox debut - at least according to one leaker.

A Twitter account called @CrazyLeaksTrain, who had previously correctly leaked news of the Ninja Gaiden trilogy and the Kingdom Hearts III Epic Games Store exclusivity, has suggested that Persona 5: Royal will come to Xbox and PC, while also arriving on Xbox Game Pass.

That's backed up by longtime Microsoft content creator Shpeshal Ed, who said "Seems like Yakuza isn't the only popular Sega franchise Microsoft are trying to get into Game Pass"

Almost the entire Yakuza collection has made its way onto the service in recent months, and it appears Microsoft isn't done there.

Microsoft has also been securing RPGs for the service recently. Dragon Quest XI, multiple Final Fantasy games, and Octopath Traveler have been added in recent months, so it's certainly not out of the question.

We also don't know whether the game would arrive on both Game Pass for console, Game Pass for PC, or both, but we'll update this as we hear more.
