Is The Outer Worlds 2 Coming To PS4 And PS5? The Outer Worlds 2 has been revealed at E3, and I have unfortunate news for anyone on PlayStation. Obsidian is part of Microsoft’s Xbox Game Studios, meaning it will follow the path that the newer Microsoft games will take.
As far as we can see, any game released under the Microsoft banner will be an Xbox and PC exclusive, the same goes for Obsidian’s The Outer Worlds 2. As of right now, The Outer Worlds 2 is only available on PC and Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S

In Outer Worlds 2, players will continue to discover new planets and experiences, continuing the lore from the first game. Hopefully, Obsidian will fulfill the void left by the absence of Fallout with its next big game. There was a short trailer for the announcement, but I am excited to learn about the game.
Xbox will add this game to their Game pass. Game Pass subscribers will be able to enjoy The Outer Worlds 2 on Xbox, on Day 1 of release. Microsoft is truly investing in its future with this game and for just $24.99, it's a steal. If I had to pay for each game, I would rather get a monthly low-cost pass and get every game free.
