Unlocking the OTs 9 is an incredibly straightforward process for you to complete. The SMG features as part of the Season 4 Battle Pass and in order for you to obtain it, reach Tier 21.
To earn Battle Pass XP in COD: Mobile, all you need to do is play matches. It doesn't matter if you win or lose, as any XP counts towards working through the tiers.
