Oddworld Souldstorm was announced to be a PlayStation console exclusive title.
It released on April 6, 2021 for PS4, PS5 and PC via the Epic Games Store. But, the game has just been rated for Xbox One and Xbox Series S/X, suggesting a release is close, likely within the next few months.
Therefore, yes, Oddworld Soulstorm is indeed coming to Xbox it seems, although we aren't sure when.
