No Man's Sky: How to Get Microprocessors
There are three main ways to get Microprocessors. The easiest is to look for Cargo Drops on a Planet's surface. Look for the green crates specifically, removing the Rusted Metal from them once located. this will often give you a Microprocessor. To speed things up, bring an Exocraft along with you. Here are the other two ways.
- Craft from Chromatic Metal and Carbon Nanotubes. The Blueprint is received by completing the Scientific Research mission at your base.
- Purchase from Galactic Terminals

You'll use Microprocessors for all sorts of things in No Man's Sky. Here are some of the main functions:
