A Nickelodeon fighting game wouldn't be complete without including characters from Avatar, a series known for its great fight scenes. Thankfully, Avatar fans can play as Aang, Korra, and Toph in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl.

Here's what we know about how these element benders work in this platform fighting game.

As explained during Aang's moveset reveal, The Last Airbender is packed with fast attacks, though hes lack good range to reliably poke enemies. However, the developers also confirmed that his fast attacks can reliably combo into each other. Players who like a character that makes long combos can pick Aang.

Alternatively, Aang is also a speedy fighter, using the elements to grant himself further movement options. His signature Air Ball ride can be summoned for rapid movement around platforms. Aang can also tap into his Avatar State, replacing one of his special moves when his health is low enough for foes to launch him offstage.

Alongside Aang, Korra is also a playable character. While most characters have consistent attacks on the floor to juggle their foes, Korra brings her own set of combos, which come out when she lands a normal attack. Players wanting to land punishing combos when they get an opening can use her for a clean hit.

Aside from her combos, Korra has good mobility when she's on the platform. Her Neutral Special and Down Special moves use Earthbending moves that rapidly move her forward in the platform with an attack.

The greatest Earthbender of the world, Toph Beifong, is also playable in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl. True to her roots, most of her grounded attacks - namely her Standing Special moves - are strong due to the size/speed of her Earthbending attacks. She's also got a selection of aerial and grounded normal attacks, though these can feel underwhelming due to poor range.

Toph also has a unique special move, letting her creates a platform when she's mid-air. That platform can be used as footing to save Toph from falling off, helping her return to the fight. Overall, all of the Team Avatar inclusions in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl are looking like strong picks.
